    • Anxiety and Overthinking

    • Burnout and Emotional Fatigue

    • Boundaries and people-Pleasing

    • Relationship Stress and Attachment Wounds

I am clinically trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Trauma-informed care is foundational to my work. This includes childhood trauma, relational trauma, complex trauma, and high-functioning survival patterns that often show up as anxiety, hyper-independence, emotional shutdown, or perfectionism.

  • My approach is warm, grounded, and direct—with a strong emphasis on emotional safety, self-awareness, and meaningful change.

This is a space where you can expect:

    • Compassion without Coddling

    • Support without Judgment

    • Honesty without Harshness

    • Depth without Pressure

We move at a pace that honors your nervous system, your lived experience, and your readiness.

    This is not surface-level therapy.

This is the kind of space where you learn how to:

    • Stop abandoning yourself to keep others comfortable

    • Release survival patterns that no longer serve you

    • Build emotional safety within your body

    • Communicate clearly and confidently

    • Grieve what you deserved but didn’t receive

    • Reconnect with the version of you that feels whole

You can expect warmth, directness, and a therapist who is fully present.

  • Getting started is simple.

    1. Submit an inquiry through the contact form

    2. Schedule a consultation or your first session

    3. Complete your intake paperwork

    4. Show up—exactly as you are

You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. You just have to be ready to choose yourself.

  • Your first session is intentional and supportive. We’ll explore what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’ve been carrying, and what you want to feel differently in your life.

We will also discuss your history, current stressors, emotional patterns, and goals so we can create a clear direction for our work together.

Beginning therapy is a powerful decision. Whether you’re coming in exhausted, overwhelmed, high-functioning but emotionally drained, or simply ready for more, you deserve care that feels grounded, affirming, and deeply personalized.

This is a space where you don’t have to perform, explain yourself repeatedly, or carry everything alone.

  • Most clients begin therapy weekly or biweekly, depending on their goals, emotional bandwidth, and the level of support needed. Frequency can shift over time as you stabilize, strengthen your coping tools, and build confidence in your growth

Therapy sessions are typically weekly or biweekly, depending on your needs and capacity. Each session is structured with care—supportive, honest, and guided.

This work is both emotional and practical. We process deeply, and we also build real tools.

  • There is no one-size-fits-all timeline. Some clients come for short-term support during a life transition, while others choose longer-term therapy for deeper emotional healing and transformation.

Therapy is not instant, but it is transformative when done consistently. Some sessions will feel like relief. Others may feel tender, emotional, or eye-opening. That’s normal. Healing often comes with clarity—and clarity can be uncomfortable before it becomes freeing.

We will regularly check in to ensure your therapy experience is aligned with your goals and evolving needs.
